RockitCoin, a bitcoin ATM operator, celebrated the unofficial holiday National Dogecoin Day, on April 20, by partnering with the Shiba Inu Rescue Association, a group that helps abandoned, neglected or abused Shiba Inu, Shiba mixes and other breeds. Through the deal, if customers purchase $200 to $399 in bitcoin from an ATM, they will get an extra $5 and RockitCoin will donate $5 to SIRA, according to a press release.
Users which purchase $400 will receive an extra $20 along with a $20 donation and those that purchase $10,000 will get an exclusive t-shirt from RockitCoin, in addition to an extra $20 in bitcoin and a $20 donation.
“Dogecoin Day is the perfect day for a crypto company like RockItCoin to show its generosity to animals in need,” Michael Dalesandro, CEO of RockItCoin, said in the release. “And for the first time, customers have the opportunity to join RockItCoin in giving as part of their everyday bitcoin purchases and be rewarded for it.”
